The first Monday afternoon game of the NFL season will see two of the best teams in the AFC going head to head when the Bills host the Ravens.
Baltimore Ravens (0-0) at Buffalo Bills (0-0)
These two sides played in an epic playoff clash last year with the Bills getting a close 27-25 win. Let's hope it's another classic in Week 1. Josh Allen versus Lamar Jackson should also be fun to watch, both QBs have won the MVP over the last few years and will be keen to kick off the season with a win. Here's my same game multi tips for this massive AFC clash!
Leg #1 - Bills +4.5
For a safe leg to start of this NFL SGM, I like the Bills to cover a 4.5 point start. They have an impressive home record, winning their last 10 games. They also usually start off the season well, covering in 8 of their last 12 September games. I think this will be another close contest and it seems like a field goal could be the only thing separating these two AFC Super Bowl contenders.
Leg #2 - James Cook Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Cook comes off easily his best season in the NFL. After scoring just 4 total touchdowns in his first 2 seasons, he was able to get 16 rushing touchdowns just last season. In his last 8 games, he's scored a touchdown in 7 of those as well.
Leg #3 - Derrick Henry Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Henry should get plenty of chances to punch it in when the Ravens get into the redzone. He also loves playing the Bills, having scored a touchdowin in 6 straight clashes against them. Last year, he scored 16 rushing touchdowns on 325 carries.
Leg #4 (Value) - Mark Andrews Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Mark Andrews will be looking to keep his TD streak alive. Going back to last regular season, he caught a TD in 6 straight games. He's a favourite target of Jackson's in the redzone and should offer a bit more value in this SGM.
