Liverpool vs Leicester City
Liverpool are back at Anfield this weekend, and will look to make it a perfect eight-from-eight heading into the second international break of the season.
The Reds ground out a hard-fought 1-0 win on the road at Sheffield United last weekend, before a crazy 4-3 win over Salzburg in the Champions League helped them overcome their first-up loss to Napoli last matchday.
Liverpool have now won 16 Premier League matches in a row, and are closing in on Manchester City’s all-time record of 18. The Reds are also undefeated in their past 43 EPL matches at Anfield, the longest current streak of any side in the top five European leagues.
The Foxes are led by former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers, and have impressed since he joined the club towards the back end of last season, picking up the most points outside of Liverpool and Manchester City in that time period.
Jamie Vardy has a brilliant record against top six clubs, although the Foxes could be without James Maddison, who missed their clash with Newcastle last weekend.
Leicester demolished the Magpies 5-0 in that fixture, but the Reds are a different proposition altogether, and may just prove too tough to beat once again.

West Ham vs Crystal Palace
Through seven weeks, both the Hammers and Eagles are inside the top 10, after promising starts to their Premier League campaigns.
West Ham have lost just once so far, which was their opening day defeat to Manchester City, meaning they’re undefeated in their past six matches, including a recent 2-0 win over Manchester United.
The Hammers conceded five against City, but have only conceded four over their past six games, meaning they’re much stronger at the back.
They’ve also been undefeated in their last eight matches against Palace, dating back to February 2015.
Palace are in ninth place with three wins, two draws and two losses, and have played out relatively low scoring games.
Their combined numbers of six goals for and seven against means 13 goals from their seven games is the lowest in the league, with no club inside the top 15 on the table scoring fewer goals.
Given the Hammers’ strong recent run, they could find themselves in the top four heading into another international break if they can grab all three points.
Prediction: West Ham to win – $2.00
Newcastle vs Manchester United
This matchup is huge for United (more so than Newcastle), after they were held to a 1-1 draw at home to Arsenal last weekend.
United have won just two of their opening seven games, and are now 12 points behind Liverpool in first and seven from City in second.
Heading into another international break, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men must grab all three points to keep with the travelling pack.
Newcastle shipped five to Leicester last weekend, and have a horrendous record against United, winning just three of their past 31 matches against them in the Premier League.
The Magpies have just one win to their name and have scored just four goals so far this season, so they’ll need to turn things around massively if they’re even to grab a point in this one.
