Guessing that every man and his dog will be tipping Ranier here after last starts horror watch. Was a moral beaten in that race when given no chance until around the 75m mark when burst clear and lost by a nose. Can atone here.

BEST OF DAYS ($3.10)
Finished strongly in a Group 3 at Newcastle before nearly knocking off the talented Furrion last start. That’s some strong form for this race and if he runs the 2000m as expected, he will be hard to beat here.
Randwick - Race 9 1400m 17:35 AEDT

Has had less than ideal runs in his last two starts which I’m willing to forgive – he worked home nicely in both. Can’t get his first up win out of my head where he put pay to the in-form Trekking. A decent ride here should see him go close.
