Euro 2020 | England vs Scotland | BlueBet

Euro 2020: England ($1.30) vs Scotland ($10) – 19th June @5am

25 years on from their famous Euro ’96 match, England and Scotland will once again meet at Wembley in the European Championships.

Scotland’s Euro 2020 hopes were dealt a huge blow after they were beaten by the Czech Republic at Hampden Park in their opening match.  They will need to get at least a result against their archrival if they are mathematically a chance to reach the knockout stage.

Meanwhile, England were impressive in their win against Croatia and will be looking to top Group D. They will also be bolstered by the return of centre-half Harry Maguire, who has resumed training.

Despite the gulf in quality, this should be a frantic game that Scotland will be desperate to win. Kieran Tierney’s expected return will be a massive inclusion for the Scottish defence.

Players to Watch

Andy Robertson: The Liverpool left-back and Scotland captain is his country’s best player. Along with midfielder Scott McTominay, he’ll need to have a massive game in order to beat a Three Lions team brimming with confidence – at home. Defensively sound, Robertson is equally as capable in attack and has an enormous engine.

Harry Kane: The England captain was largely ineffective in the Three Lions’ opening game against Croatia. Rarely in his career has he had quiet spells, though, and Scotland provide the perfect opportunity for the Premier League Golden Boot winner to open his Euro 2020 account.
