English Premier League Tips & Betting Preview Matchweek 12

Tottenham vs Sheffield United

Tottenham will be coming into this tie off a resounding 4-0 win over Red Star Belgrade which saw Son shake off worries about the impact of his tackle last week on Andre Gomes to score a brace.

Sheffield will have had a week off from their dominant 3-0 win over Burnley which took them move into sixth place.

The Spurs have had three league wins this season and all of them have been at home. The Blades have only beaten Everton away, their other four trips away have resulted in draws.

Son’s red card last week has been overturned so he will be eligible to play and Harry Kane has returned from illness.

Sheffield have only conceded three goals in their last five games and have the equal lowest conceded with Leicester on eight.

Sheffield have one of the most solid defences in the league and the points won’t come easy for a Spurs side still trying to find form.

Tip: Tottenham to win @ $1.53

Leicester vs Arsenal

Leicester have won their last three league games while Arsenal haven’t won in three going into this 3rd v 5th clash.

The Gunners return from their midweek game in Portugal with a draw, seeing only one shot on target and conceding under late pressure.

The Foxes have scored a whopping 20 goals in their last five league games while conceding only two. In contrast in that same number of games Arsenal have scored five and conceded five.

League top scorer Jamie Vardy has scored eight times in his last eight games against Arsenal and is in good form to continue that run.

One of the league’s best defences comes up against an Arsenal side that has only scored five goals in five away games, registering one win.

There is quite a form difference between the teams and Leicester could very well win and push into second place.

Tip: Jamie Vardy anytime goalscorer @ $1.90

Liverpool vs Manchester City

Last season these two fought for the title with the Citizens coming away with the EPL title by two points but Liverpool got their hands on the Champions League trophy instead. This year the Reds could take both.

Liverpool are still yet to lose after 11 games and have only conceded nine while scoring 25. Man City have not been shy either, with the highest goals tally in the league (34) while only conceding ten.

Man City are likely to miss David Silva after a muscle problem against Southampton last weekend and may be without goalkeeper Ederson after he was taken off injured at halftime in their midweek draw against Atalanta.

Liverpool are already six points clear at the top of the ladder and a win for Man City is vital if they are to stay in title race, as such Guardiola will be fielding the best team he possibly can for this one.

Liverpool have not lost at home in 45 Premier League matches going all the way back to April 2017. This should be an exciting match with goals going both ways in an early battle for the title.

Tip: Both teams to score @ $1.52.
