The Packers host the Commanders at Lambeau Field on Friday morning in an important NFC clash for both 1-0 teams looking to go 2-0.
Washington Commanders (1-0) at Green Bay Packers (1-0)
Both teams come off a nice start to the season. The Green Bay Packers got the job done at home, beating the Detroit Lions 27-13 behind a solid game by Jordan Love (2 TDs and 0 turnovers), Josh Jacobs (19 car, 66 yards, 1 TD) and Micah Parsons got a sack in his first game as a Packer. Meanwhile, the Commanders also got a win over a divisional rival, thrashing the Giants 21-6. Their defence was elite, keeping the Giants out of the endzone for the entire game. Here are my NFL same game multi tips for this huge matchup on Friday.
Leg #1 - Packers -3.5
I think this is a tough ask for the Commanders on the road. Green Bay get the advantage of playing back to back games at home and showed their Super Bowl credentials by taking down one of the NFC favs last week (Lions). Also, they have a impressive 4-1 ATS record in their last 5 home games and it's even better against Washington, going 6-0 straight up in the last 6 meetings at Lambeau. Go the Pack to cover.
Leg #2 - Jordan Love 2+ Touchdown Passes
Packers QB Jordan Love is proving to be an early season TD passing threat. After 5 games in 2024, he totalled 15 passing touchdowns (avg 3 per game). To start off 2025, he threw 2 TD passes in a solid win over the Lions. Now, he's back at home and should be confident of getting over the 2 TD mark again. He's also got a nice record when the Packers are favourites, throwing 2+ touchdown passes in 8 of his last 10 games.
Leg #3 - Josh Jacobs Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Josh Jacobs kicked off the new season with a solid display against the Lions, picking up a rushing TD from 19 carries. His TD scoring record streak now dates back to early November last season. He's been able to score a rushing TD in 10 straight games! Let's see if he can make it 11.

Value Leg - Deebo Samuel Anytime Touchdown Scorer
There were good signs for Deebo in his first game as a Commander. He led the team in targets (10), with the next begin Zach Ertz (5). That resulted in 7 catches for 77 yards and while he didn't get into the endzone in the passing game, he got there on just 1 carry, showing his versatility. He's now scored a TD in 3 straight games and if the Commanders fall behind, Deebo will be their favourite target when they get into the redzone.
