Los Angeles Rams (3-1) at Seattle Seahawks (2-2)
A 3-0 start to the season quickly turned into 3-1 as the Rams usually strong defence had virtually no answer for the Cardinals last week. One of the main areas of concern was their run defence, which allowed 216 yards. So they'll need to lockdown on Chris Carson in this matchup. However, there's no question their offence has improved with Matt Stafford under centre as the Rams are scoring 28.8 points per game and their running game showed improvement last week. Which is a key matchup with the Seahawks last ranked run defence.
Seattle got back on track after 2 straight defeats with a key divisional road win over the 49ers. The Seahawks offence has been steady this year but not as good as last year. In this matchup with the Rams, they'll need to take their oppounties in the redzone. Especially with their defence struggling to stop the run (last in the NFL) and they're also 28th in the NFL for passing yards allowed.
This is a huge divisional clash as both sides look to keep pace with the undefeated Cardinals. At the moment, both sides are struggling to contain total yardage and that leans us towards the Over, especially on a short week. The Over also has a nice 4-1 record in this matchup in Seattle.
Stadium Record
The Rams have struggled in Seattle with a 4-13 record. Seattle is 7-3 in their last 10 home games.
Head to Head Record
Los Angeles lead the head to head since 2016 with a 6-4 record.
Best Bet
Buffalo Bills (3-1) at Kansas City Chiefs (2-2)
Buffalo are looking the real deal in the AFC after 3 dominant wins in a row. In 2 of those wins, they've shutout the Texans and Dolphins. While those teams are not in the class of the Chiefs offence, the Bills defence should take confidence in this matchup. Especially their first ranked pass defence in terms of yards allowed. While on offence, Josh Allen has led the Bills to 33.5 points per game (2nd in the NFL). The Chiefs still struggle to stop the run and pass so this should be a good matchup for Allen & his offence.
The Chiefs got their offence going in Week 4 against the Eagles at they put up 42 points in the 42-30 result. Similarly to the Bills, they've scored an average of 33.5 points per game. However, the major concern for Kansas City at the moment is their defence. They've allowed the 2nd most points per game and their defence can't stop the run. Which will be an issue against the Bills strong running game.
The Bills will be looking for revenge after losing to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship last season and they look a strong underdog play with this motivation in mind. The big difference between the two teams is defensively, where the Bills are a much better team. We've seen the Chiefs struggle with Lamar Jackson and the Chargers this season so we're backing the Bills to continue the Chiefs defensive woes.
Stadium Record
Kansas City have failed to cover in 7 of their last 8 home games. Buffalo is 1-5 at this venue since 2010.
Head to Head Record
The Chiefs beat the Bills 38-24 last season and hold a 6-4 record in the last 10 meetings.

Indianpolis Colts (1-3) at Baltimore Ravens (3-1)
After 3 straight defeats to start the season, the Colts earned an important win over the Dolphins in Week 4 with the 27-17 result. The key was their running game through Jonathan Taylor as he dominated the 'Fins defence. However, he'll have a tougher time against the Ravens 7th ranked run defence. Which will place more pressure on Carson Wentz, who's dealing with ankle issues at the moment. Watch for the Ravens to dial up the pressure in the pocket.
Baltimore will aim for their 4th straight win at home against the Colts. After a huge 36-35 upset over the Chiefs, the Ravens have won back to back road games where their defence has allowed just 24 total points. Which has eased the pressure on the offence and Lamar Jackson. Despite injuries to the running back position, they're still the 3rd best team in the NFL for rushing yards and scoring 26.3 points per game.
The Ravens defence is hot at the moment and they'll be fired up for this primetime matchup at home. The Colts have struggled with consistency this season so we believe the Under is the best play for this matchup. Baltimore holds a 6-2 record against the Under in their last 8 games and it's also 6-1 when they meet the Colts on home turf.
Stadium Record
Baltimore are 1-0 at home this season and have won 4 of their last 5. The Colts have lost 4 of the last 5 meetings here.
Head to Head Record
The Ravens have won the last 2 meetings since 2017, 24-10 and 23-16.
