- CORNER POCKET ($3.70)
Corner Pocket is first up here, having last raced in November at Moonee Valley. He’s only had four career starts but showed great promise at the end of last prep, winning impressively at Hamilton before measuring up at The Valley to defeat the talented Harpuna. If he can return at a similar level here, he will be terribly hard to beat.
WARWICK FARM RACE 5 – 15:45 AEST
- FALCON ($2.80)
Falcon looks a promising type for the Snowden camp, having yet to miss a place from four starts. Last prep, he broke his maiden status with an emphatic win at Gosford when well supported in betting. He resumed at Gosford last start looking to pick up where he left off, but was nailed late by Seleque. They gapped third, so I think it was still a good return run. He’ll improve off that and looks hard to beat here.
- UNDER MY SPELL ($3.50)
Really liked the return of this Blackiston trained mare at Sandown. She sat midfield and moved up strongly at the 200m mark with Zousonic, but was outgunned in the late stages. She looks to have returned well, after only having one start in the prior prep before being spelled. She’s got a lot of talent when right, so I’m expecting her to run well again here.

WARWICK FARM RACE 6 – 16:20 AEST
- DUAL ESCAPE ($23)
Apart from two failures, Dual Escape has been racing very well recently, scoring a total of four placings from her past seven runs - including two wins. She’s up in class here, but the field doesn’t look to be overly strong, with favourite Strawb having won at BM70 as her top performance. Winning form is good form, and Dual Escape brings that here, winning by 1.3L last start, with a further 5L back to third. Can run a race at odds here.
