WARWICK FARM – RACE 3 1400m 14:25 AEST
HIGH SHINE ($2.40)
This race looks dominated by the top two in the market and I believe High Shine possesses more upside here than Vitesse. Carries 63.5kg here but claims 3kg through apprentice Chris Williams which is of great relief. Last prep won at this grade first up before winning again, beating the talented Watchdog. Likely to have improved again since last prep and should be ready to go first up on the back of two trials.
CAULFIELD – RACE 3 2000m 14:35 AEST
WOLFE ($3.30)
Looks to get an ideal run in front and should be able to control the tempo in what looks like a day that should suit the on pacers. Has strong form lines this prep, last start finishing 2.25L behind the talented Surprise Baby at Flemington and prior to that finishing behind Brimham Rocks. His only failure this prep came on Heavy which we can forgive; outside of that run has been ultra-consistent and looks very close to a win.
CAULFIELD – RACE 6 1200m 16:25 AEST
ZOUSTYLE ($2.20)
Supremely talented horse who has only had two career defeats through 8 starts. While all have his wins have come in Queensland, there is no taking away from the quality of this Gollan trained gelding. Was a little below his best first up behind Redzel but thought was solid last start to finish narrowly behind Renewal. Should be able to control this race from in front and will take some beating.

CAULFIELD – RACE 2 2000m 14:00 AEST
SPECIAL ALERT ($10)
The two favourites, despite bringing solid form here are up in grade which I think injects some value into the race. Special Alert has been running at a higher grade than this and has performed admirably in her past three starts, especially last start at Caulfield when a narrow third behind No Effort. Should be nearing her peak and 2000m present no issue. Expecting a solid run here.
