- STEER FOR LADY ($4.00)
Steer For Lady has gotten better with each start in her short career, finishing sixth, fifth & second in her three career runs. She’s on an upward trajectory and looks like one who will appreciate stepping out to 2400m. She should settle toward the rear, however, there looks to be enough pace on out in front for her. Expect her to finish off well.
KENSINGTON RACE 4 – 15:10 AEST
- CRAZY TRAIN ($3.40)
Looks to be a good battle between the top two here, but I’m just leaning towards Crazy Train, who was superb last start at Wyong. She settled in fourth position and loomed in the straight, before kicking away strongly to win by two lengths. She can settle in a good position here, possibly shielded from the wind and hopefully repeat her sprint from last start.
- RIGEL STAR ($6.50)
This looks to be a fairly open race, however, there is one runner who I’m keen on. Rigel Star looks to be an up & coming type; he resumed last start at Sale as $1.70 favourite and narrowly won from Better Kick. He should improve off that run here and despite drawing a wide barrier, he should be able to settle close here. He looks a good bet at the price and should be battling out the finish.

KENSINGTON RACE 6 – 16:20 AEST
- SUPERIOR WITNESS ($17)
Superior Witness finds himself up in class here after scoring two dominant wins in easier grade. He scored by 3.3 lengths at Gunnedah two starts back, leading all the way in impressive fashion. He proved that was no fluke the following start, winning again by 4.3 lengths in a dominant frontrunning performance again. He should settle close again and despite jumping up in class, he can measure up here.
