Looks to be a very weak field here but I like Cassius dropping back to his own age group after a strong run at The Valley last start where he was narrowly run down after leading most of the way. Should be able to find a nice position in the run from gate 3 and should be rock hard fit third up. Looks primed.
RANDWICK – RACE 4 1600m 14:55 AEDT
MR DEPENDABLE ($3.20)
Mr Dependable looks to get all the favours out in front here & with Nash Rawiller on board that will only enhance his chances. The lightly raced 4-year-old gelding is coming off a strong all-the-way victory last start at Rosehill and he looks a great chance to notch another victory here.
RANDWICK – RACE 6 1200m 16:15 AEDT
BIG PARADE ($3.00)
Has only suffered the one defeat in his three-start career so far, which came at listed grade at Eagle Farm. Made a strong return from a 165-day spell last start, winning by nearly 2.5L at Gosford in an all-the-way effort. Aside from Manhattan Mist and Embracer, there’s not a tonne of speed inside him so he should be able to slot in or lead from barrier 7. Looks talented and should go close again.

MOONEE VALLEY – RACE 6 1600m 15:55 AEDT
CLEAN ACHEEVA ($17.00)
Clean Acheeva stays at this grade after a solid outing last start where she finished three-and-a-half lengths away from Kardashing. The race looks wide open with the favourites looking under their correct quote. Clean Acheeva has raced well previously in races similar to this and looks a solid each way shout at $17 currently.
