- FELICIA ($4.20)
Has shown that she has a blistering sprint when the conditions suit her. Prior to her last start victory, she had scored three wins with a margin of more than 3.5L to second. So when she’s at her best, she can blow the field away. She was brilliant last start, winning by 2L at Group 3 level and gets another chance to do the same here. She’s still on the up and can win again.
- DIRTY WORK ($3.90)
Looks ready to win here after two promising starts to begin his prep. He finished two lengths away from Gytrash first up before heading to Randwick last start and racing admirably against Classique Legend, finishing just 1.4 lengths from him. That’s top class form for this race and he looks well suited here.
- POSITIVE PEACE ($5.50)
Went on an incredible winning streak last prep, winning five races in a row after a narrow first up loss. She worked her way through the grades impressively and eventually made her way to Group 1 level, which she found a step too much. She has returned well this prep, and was perhaps a little unlucky first up. After two solid runs, she looks raring to go third up here and can add to her winning tally.
BLUEY’S BEST VALUE
- TRICKY GAL ($9)
Favourite Criaderas no doubt looks talented, but still has to prove himself jumping up in grade and he looks a touch short here. Tricky Gal scored a strong win first up at Canterbury, winning by 1.5L at BM78 level after settling toward the rear of the field. The spacious Randwick track may suit her a bit better and she draws positively here. Looks a solid each way bet.
