KING OF LEOGRANCE ($3.10)
Another overseas import who is having his second run in Australia over the Cox Plate trip here. Overseas form solid (albeit in lower class) and looks to be a genuine stayer. Loved his first up run, finishing within a length of the talented Guizot. Should improve here and will be suited by the extra distance.
MOONEE VALLEY – RACE 4 1200m 14:15 AEST
HAUT BRION HER ($2.70)
Extremely talented Waller horse who is looking to secure 5 wins on the trot. She has only been defeated once in her career, which was in her debut run. Should be able to box seat nicely from barrier 3 and I believe she will make another rise through the grades here.
RANDWICK – RACE 7 1600m 15:50 AEST
AVILIUS ($2.00)
Loved the return of Avilius last start, despite going down to the runaway Samadoubt. He hit the line beautifully over a distance short of his best – a promising sign for the rest of the Spring. He no doubt found his way into many black books and comes up short here, but it’s extremely hard to be against the Godolphin runner here. Should win this.

RANDWICK – RACE 3 1100m 13:25 AEST
JAY JAY D’OR ($9.00)
Has been racing consistently recently, finishing in the money three out of his past four runs. The one run she finished outside of the top 3, was only 2.75L away against the talented Sylvia’s Mother. Expecting the Randwick track to be a bog again which shouldn’t pose an issue to her. McDonald takes the ride and should be close again here.
