FLEMINGTON – RACE 4 1400m 14:15 AEST
ROX THE CASTLE ($3.60)
Generally takes a run or two to get going and it seems like that was the case again this prep. When he is fully fit, he is a serious horse and that was displayed in his last outing at Sandown when he scored a brilliant all the way victory over the highly touted Jumbo Ozaki, who couldn’t pick up a yard off him in the straight. Rock hard fit now and should take some catching.
ROSEHILL – RACE 5 1500m 14:35 AEST
CASTELVECCHIO ($2.90)
Group 1 winner last prep, taking out the Champagne Stakes during the Sydney Autumn Carnival in impressive fashion. Can improve again this prep and will no doubt look towards better races than this. Has had two trials leading into this so I’m expecting him to be ready to go first up.
FLEMINGTON – RACE 7 1600m 16:10 AEST
MYSTIC JOURNEY ($2.25)
Loved the return of this talented mare at Caulfield a few weeks back. Was no doubt short of her best distance but she still proved far too good for a classy field there. Looks to have taken great improvement from that run and the extra 200m should suit. This looks like another extremely winnable race for her as she looks to make it 8 on the trot.

ROSEHILL – RACE 8 1200m 16:30 AEST
INVINCIBELLA ($11.00)
Looks to be a fast tempo here which should suit Invincibella here. Finally notched up here first Group 1 victory last start at Eagle Farm after failing three times prior. Also has four Group 2 victories to his name and if he runs well here he has the talent to take this out. Hardly runs a bad race and knows how to win.
