Looks to get an absolutely beautiful run in transit, either behind the leader or just outside. One of the best sprinters in Australia, whose best form should be far too good for this field. The weight is a slight concern, but more than happy to take the price on the current Everest favourite who I think will return in terrific fashion after two strong trials.
Moonee Valley - Race 1 1600m 12:30 AEST
NAANTALI ($2.50)
Fought well last start when ridden more forward over 1700m. Moves back down to 1600m which I think will be of benefit. Looks to get a great run in the front half of the field and experience jockey on board is a plus. Looks a great chance to return to the winners circle.
Rosehill - Race 4 1500m 14:00 AEST
THE AUTUMN SUN ($1.85)
3 from 3 in the colt’s career early, including a Group 1 last prep! Looked to return well in recent trial and will no doubt be looking to add another picket to the fence. Has come up trumps against runners in this field on numerous occasions and looks very hard to beat.

Rosehill - Race 6 1200m 15:10pm AEST
LONG LEAF ($11.00)
If the track is not favouring leaders too much I think Long Leaf can cause somewhat of an upset here. He returned in great order last start with a strong finish behind Tony Nicconi. I think if he is close enough he can finish over the top of them late. He was racing in strong Group 1 races last prep and will take big improvement 2nd up.
