EAGLE FARM - RACE 2 1400m 11:45 AEST
OUTBACK BARBIE ($2.70)
Has gone around at double figure odds in both starts this prep which is unusual for the Gollan trained filly. That’s no doubt due to the high-quality fields she has come up against which Stradbroke favourite The Bostonian has taken out both times. She’s run admirably in both of those starts however, and a drop back in class here could be the catalyst for her first win this prep.
FLEMINGTON - RACE 2 1400m 12:15 AEST
KINGS BROOK ($2.20)
Huge win last time out at Flemington, scoring a massive 3L victory and notching up back-to-back wins in the process. Run before that was a bit outclassed against the likes of Princess Jenni, but still ran fairly. Looks to get the run of the race behind Truly Discreet and should be extremely tough to beat here.
RANDWICK – RACE 9 1600m 16:25 AEST
QUACKERJACK ($2.30)
Coming into this with superb wet track form (2: 2-0-0) which should be critical on the expected bog Randwick track. Knocking on the door in all three runs this prep and a win doesn’t look far away. Has also had 3 trials this prep so no reason that the gelding should not be rock hard fit and ready to win here.

FLEMINGTON – RACE 4 1000m 13:25 AEST
ADVANCING ($11.00)
Absolutely loved the win of this gelding first up at Ballarat when he stalked the leaders before peeling out and putting them away within a couple of strides to win by 3.5L. Seems to have improved markedly after a 180-day spell and could be a serious improver this prep. Well up in class but hard to not be impressed after last start.
