They're dead keen to boost their confidence before they take on the Broncos in Magic Round next week. But here's the kicker: the Sea Eagles have leaked a whopping 106 points in their last three games at Suncorp.

Coach Brad Arthur's banking on the young guns to step up and keep Parramatta's hopes alive. Here's the kicker: the Eels have been on a nine-game losing streak whenever Clint Gutherson's been out. They're crossing their fingers he gets back in the game soon!
Looks like the Broncos are in for a rough patch without Adam Reynolds for a good few months. The skipper copped a biceps injury in the tussle against the Roosters last Friday. And to add to the woes, winger Jesse Arthars busted his jaw too. But hey, it's not all doom and gloom. The Broncos have had a decent track record against the Eels lately, snagging three wins out of their last four showdowns. And speaking of the Eels, they've been leaking points like a sieve lately, giving up a whopping 76 points in just their last two games.
The Over has saluted in 6 of the last 7 games involving the Eels so I think Friday night should be a high scoring affair.

Things aren't looking great, especially considering the Tigers' track record at Scully Park. They've only managed to snag one win out of their four games there.
The Knights pulled off a gutsy win against the Warriors on Sunday, and they might get a boost with Jacob Saifiti (leg) and Tyson Frizell (hamstring) returning to the lineup. They're gunning for a third straight win. It's a big deal that Adam O'Brien's squad managed to beat the Dolphins and Warriors even without their superstar skipper Kalyn Ponga. He's out for at least another eight weeks. But hey, those wins are a massive morale boost. And check this out: the Knights have dominated the Tigers lately, winning their last four matchups.

Still, they can't ignore the fact that they haven't managed to keep the momentum from their top performance against the Warriors in Round 8. Now, when it comes to facing the Rabbitohs, the Dragons haven't had much luck lately, only winning two out of their last eleven games against them. And let's talk about their defense at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium - it's been leakier than a sieve, with a whopping 108 points conceded in just their last three games there. Time to tighten up, Dragons!
Souths just snagged their seventh loss of the season, and to make matters worse, they've got three new injury headaches. Their skipper, Cameron Murray, is out for a solid two months with a dodgy hip flexor. Plus, their halfback Dean Hawkins and fullback Jye Gray are nursing some serious injuries too. But here's a glimmer of hope: Latrell Mitchell's back from suspension, which is a massive boost for them.
Times are tough at Souths and they're giving up plenty of points. Also, Souths are 0-15 ATS and I think the Dragons finally get a win against them.

Losing fullback Ryan Papenhuyzen to an ankle injury stings, no doubt. But fear not, young gun Sua Fa'alogo's primed to step up and keep those highlights rolling. As for Kiwi ace Jahrome Hughes, he's been sidelined due to a calf issue he's been battling. Tyran Wishart's stepping in at halfback in his place. When it comes to facing the Sharks, the Storm have had their number, winning six out of their last seven showdowns. And check this out: the Storm are unbeatable at AAMI Park, winning their last 14 games there. They're a force to be reckoned with on home turf!
The Sharks haven't snagged a win at AAMI Park since way back in 2018, but they're looking mighty fine to break that streak. Last week, they splashed past the Dragons in a wet and wild showdown, coming out on top with a 20-10 victory. And get this: the Sharks boast the NRL's top defense, giving up just under 14 points per game. That's some solid work! Their winger, Ronaldo Mulitalo, has been on fire too, slamming in four tries in his last three clashes against the Storm.
Should be tough for the Storm without Hughes and Paps so they'll need ot focus on their defence. So I like the chances of the Under, which is 7-1 in the Sharks last 8 away games.

The Roosters have been on fire lately, mate. They smashed the Dragons with a whopping 60 points on ANZAC Day and then rolled over the Broncos with another 40 at Suncorp Stadium. Now, with Brandon Smith (calf), Daniel Tupou (knee), Victor Radley (hamstring), and Spencer Leniu (suspension) all expected to be back in action, the Roosters are gearing up for even more firepower. They're itching to keep the momentum going against a Warriors side that's been struggling to find their groove.
The mob that made it to the prelims last year are currently sitting in 14th spot with three wins, five losses, and a draw. Their cracking attack from last season seems to have gone AWOL. Now, when it comes to facing the Roosters, the Warriors haven't had much luck lately, dropping their last seven games against 'em. But here's a twist: the Warriors have been on a roll at Sydney venues, winning four out of their last five games there.
NZ are now 0-4 ATS and meet the red-hot Roosters. Sydney are 7-0 against them as well and I don't think the Warriors defence will be able to handle it.

Gold Coast Titans (16th) vs North Queensland Cowboys (10th)
After pulling off a ripper win against the Warriors on ANZAC Day, the Gold Coast kept the good vibes flowing in a tight 22-20 loss to the Storm. They had some solid moments, but when push came to shove, they couldn't nail those crucial plays in the crunch time. Led by the legend AJ Brimson, the Titans' backline was a force to be reckoned with, racking up over 700 metres between 'em. Impressive stuff! Unfortunately, Tanah Boyd's out with a wrist injury he copped early in last week's stoush with the Storm. So, it's Chris Randall's time to shine in the five-eighth spot, with Sam Verrills taking the reins at dummy-half. Here's a little stat for ya: the Titans' last four games have been nail-biters, all decided by four points or less.
Things weren't looking too rosy up in Townsville for the Cowboys. They started off strong, racing to a 10-0 lead in just nine minutes. But then it all went pear-shaped, and they ended up copping their fifth loss of the season. To shake things up, Chad Townsend's stepping in at halfback, taking over from Jake Clifford who's been out with a dodgy knee. Now, when it comes to facing the Titans, the Cowboys have had a decent run, winning four out of their last five games against them.
Both sides give up plenty of points so I think this will be another high scoring QLD Derby.
