The Seahawks will look to go 6-2 when they travel to Washington for a primetime matchup with the struggling Commanders. I've looked through the stats and here are my tips, predictions and same game multi for Monday's feature game.
Seattle Seahawks (5-2) at Washington Commanders (3-5)
Seattle are back from the bye and looking to make it 3 straight wins when they head to Washington DC. They've been excellent on the road this season, winning all 3 away from Seattle. With a 5-2 record and a slight lead in the NFC West, these are the kind of games that they must put into the win column.
A promising start to the season has been ravaged by injuries as the Commanders have now lost 3 on the trot. They were without starting QB Jayden Daniels last week and things didn't go well in a 28-7 loss against Kansas City. But in good news, Daniels should be able to return in this one.
Leg #1 - Seattle Seahawks -2.5
Seattle should get the win here. They have an impressive record on the road, winning 9 straight games. They've also covered in 5 of their last 6 games. Their record against Washington is solid at 4-2 as well. For the Commanders, they're struggling with a lot of injuries at the moment and have lost 4 of their last 5.
Leg #2 - Jaxon Smith-Njigba Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Smith-Njigba is looking to make it 4 straight games with a TD. He's caught a TD against the Texans, Jags and Bucs in his last 3 games. In his last 2 games alone, he's had an average of 13.5 targets, so that is a lot of volume.
Leg #3 - Zach Charbonnet Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Charbonnet offers a bit more value to punch it another TD. He comes off 2 rushing TD's last week and has 10+ carries in 5 of his 6 games this season. When the Seahawks get near the endzone, they'll be looking to give the ball to Charbonnet.

Value Leg - Sam Darnold 275+ Passing Yards
In Darnold's last 3 games, he's passed for 341, 295 and 213 yards. He gets a nice matchup against a struggling Commanders D unit that is allowing 244 pass yards per game, which ranks them 26th in the league. They also allowed 299 yards to Mahomes last week.
