Talented galloper who has scored three career wins to date from just eight runs. She’s seemingly not at her best when on heavily rain affected tracks, which she has encountered four times in her career for just one place. She resumed at Kembla Grange last start, finishing third with her fitness telling late. The winner, Miss Dior has since gone on to score another win during the week. She should be improved second up and can notch up another victory.

Was brilliant during the Winter, scoring three wins from just four runs, including wins of 6 lengths and 3.8 lengths in her past two. In her sole defeat, she was in an unfavourable position off speed and wide throughout the race. She’s a supremely talented mare who has trialled well in preparation for this. Look for a big return here.
FLEMINGTON RACE 7 – 16:40 AEDT

Resumed impressively first up at The Valley, scoring a strong, driving win after being restrained early against both the pattern and his regular racing style. In the past, he’s been slightly better over 1400m, compared to 1200m he faced last start. He’s also shown he has the ability to reproduce back-to-back wins, which bodes well for this. He should run well again and will be tough to beat here.
BLUEY’S BEST VALUE
- SWEET THOMAS ($14)
Arguably better over further, but there looks to be a bit of speed engaged here which should suit. He put an eye-catching run on Cup day first up and was badly held up at a critical stage. The following start, he was slowly away and made up good ground late to finish just 2.7L away in the Sandown Cup. He should find this a touch easier and can finish over the top of them here.
