- TAVIDANCE ($2.05)
Tavidance looks very hard to beat in this race after putting in an impressive display last start, where he was able to score a strong 2 length victory. This race shouldn’t be much harder and he should improve off that run. He draws wide here, but has the benefit of early speed, which should allow him to cross easily enough.
- KORCHO ($4.20)
Finally hit his straps at Rosehill last start, scoring a comfortable 1.3 length victory over New Arrangement in what was his third Australian start. He should be settled into Australian conditions by now and should improve again. Despite never having run beyond 2000m, he should be suited by the extra distance here.
- VIRIDINE ($3.00)
Jungle Edge was able to get the better of Viridine last start, having the wet conditions suit him to a tee. I think this start will be slightly different, with conditions set to be slightly better. Viridine easily bested him the start prior and is now rock hard fit. He looks to take some beating here.

- SIGN SEAL DELIVER ($11)
Has been a model of consistency so far this prep, with his biggest defeat being only 2.6 lengths in races over 2000m this prep. That’s seven consecutive starts within three lengths of the winner - not bad. He was solid behind Persan last start and with the benefit of barrier 2, it could be his turn in the winners stall.
