No Commitment looks well placed here, dropping down in grade markedly after some solid runs at Handicap level. On the contrary, favourite Kentucky Tornado jumps up in class after a dominant 3L victory at BM64 grade. No Commitment is benefited by Nugent’s claim and this race looks far easier than what he’s faced recently. Should go well here.
RANDWICK – RACE 5 1100m 15:55 AEDT
COVERT OPS ($2.80)
Covert Ops has had a relatively easy time of it since resuming as a gelding, jumping $1.60F in both of his starts and winning both of them by relatively comfortable margins. The 1100m should suit here and he can take the next step in his upward career trajectory with another strong win here.
SANDOWN – RACE 6 1600m 17:50 AEDT
HEY MIGHTY ($2.40)
Hey Mighty was ordinary first up at a bog Warwick Farm track but rebounded well last start when jumping to 1600m at Flemington. He was coming off a long 247-day spell when resuming and looked to need both of his runs this prep. Third up today and back in class slightly should make him very hard to beat.

SANDOWN – RACE 8 1400m 19:00 AEDT
SO HE RULES ($15.00)
Was highly unfancied first up but ran extremely well, finishing just under a length away at Pakenham. Followed that up with a strong 1.25L all-the-way victory here a few weeks back, defeating Killavilly, who again lines up here. Will find this harder but looks to have taken the next step this preparation and can improve again third up.
