CANTERBURY – RACE 1 1100m 12:50 AEST
COCO CUBER ($2.30)
Don’t generally like to take the shorts on unraced types, but this race looks well within grasp of this Pfieffer trained colt. Has only had the one trial in his career so far but was absolutely dominant, winning by 4 lengths on a Heavy track. Looks smart and that trial form should be hard to beat here.
CANTERBURY – RACE 7 1550m 16:20 AEST
KNOWITALL JACK ($3.00)
Was first up last start after a short spell when finishing third at Warwick Farm behind Helga. Should benefit greatly from that run on the Heavy track and looks to get a great run on speed. Gets in with only 55kg thanks to an apprentice claim and will be hard to run down.
SANDOWN – RACE 8 1400m 16:30 AEST
SHOT OF IRISH ($3.20)
Resumed from a long spell two starts back and was perhaps a bit underdone. Improved significantly second up to finish a narrow second behind Dexelation at Sandown. Should improve further here third up and most importantly handles the wet track terrifically. Looks a great chance to score here.

SANDOWN – RACE 2 1300m 13:00 AEST
NO CHANGE ($9.00)
Has only had the four career race starts to date, but looks to be on the up. Won three starts back on the Heavy Warrnambool track before jumping up to Saturday class at Caulfield to finish 7L behind the talented King of Hastings. Back down in class last start and ran well behind Parmie. Form lines not all that far away from the favourite and can put in another good run.
