SANDOWN - RACE 3 1200m 12:55 AEST
WILLIAM THOMAS ($2.25)
Had been putting together a strong prep so far, finishing fourth behind Propelle first up before scoring a sweeping victory over a decent field the following start. He had little chance last time out when they crawled out in front. He was still the best closer there and meets most of the same horses. With a stronger tempo he should be able to take care of this lot.
SANDOWN - RACE 5 2100m 14:55 AEST
PACODALI ($2.15)
Has taken a while to get going this prep, but he has improved with each run, before finally bursting through in style last time out at Caulfield. He was 4L back before making his move at the 600m mark and burst clear for an emphatic victory. Should be just as good here and will take some stopping.
IPSWICH – RACE 9 1350m 16:32 AEST
ORGANZA ($2.55)
Has become somewhat of a non-winner in her short career, but it’s often been that she’s found one or two better rather than her inability to win. She had a tough run last time out but kept on strongly for 2nd behind Renewal. Prior to that she flashed home for third in the Group 3 at Scone. Finds a nice race here and should run another good race.

SANDOWN – RACE 7 1600m 15:25 AEST
PHONEME ($7.50)
Had an absolute gut buster last time out at Flemington. He was 3 wide no cover during the trip and was stepping up from 1600m to 2000m for the first time. He’d been racing well prior to that and I believe dropping back down to 1600m should suit. He’s had nearly a month off after last start, so I’m not concerned he’ll race flat.
