Talented filly for the Waterhouse/Bott stable who has only had the one start for a solid third behind Time To Reign, who has since won three out of his five career starts. Evening Slippers has won two trials leading into this and should be primed for a strong first up performance here.

Had three trials leading into her Kensington debut where she was beaten a narrow margin when mostly unfancied. She was beaten fairly in her next start by the talented Classique Legend, who looks set to go on to bigger and better things. Looks a great chance to break her maiden against this field.
Sandown – Race 3 1400m 16:05 AEDT

Overseas import who looks to be settling in the to Australian way very nicely, improving with each run. First up likely found 1400m too short but ran well to finish only 3L off the winner. Last start up to 1800m finished 1.2L away from the talented Latin Beat. Sticks with 1800m and likely to much improved third up.

Scored two early wins in his career, including a strong 1.5L at Moonee Valley before moving up to black type races where he was well tried in the market. He didn’t run well in those races but the stable and connections obviously have a big opinion of him. Down into a grade where he has won before and can put in a strong performance. Watch betting for any strong market moves.
