SYLVIA’S MOTHER ($1.85)
This looks a race in two between this talented filly and Star Fall. They are both unbeaten this prep and should be a terrific showdown. I think Sylvia’s Mother looks the best of the two, I like the way she has returned this prep. She breezed past the field first up and then scored as an odds on favourite against Alassio, who went on to win. Looks a great bet here in this small field.
Caulfield - Race 6 1400m 16:00 AEDT
SOCIAL SPIN ($1.95)
Returned well this prep with two seconds to kick off the campaign before finally scoring a win at Flemington last start. He beat Long Leaf last time out who is a class galloper. Strong form, consistent runs and Allen/Weir combination make Social Spin a solid bet here.
Caulfield - Race 8 1700m 17:20 AEDT
SILENTZ ($2.00)
Has been in cracking form this prep, scoring back to back wins in his last two starts. The jump to 1600m has suited and the form out of these latest has been hot, including the talented Laure Me In. Will be rock hard fit here and looks very hard to beat once again.

Scored impressively three back, scooting up the rails and surging clear late. Followed that up at Pakenham when had excuses due to heat stress and last start only narrowly defeated at Doomben against a solid field. Take out the heat stress affected run and he’d be much shorter her.
